Podcast and Chill was launched in 2018, with the very first podcast episode released in July of 2018. Over 600+ Episodes have since been released, with more and more chillers tuning in from around the world.

It began with a single weekly podcast, named Podcast and Chill with MacG.

The very first episode of the podcast was released in July of 2018, hosted by MacG, The Ghost Lady and Lenn Moleko, who was its co-host until 2020, after which Sol Phenduka was introduced to the podcast.

In early 2019, Podcast and Chill : Celebrity Edition premiered, featuring conversations and interviews with South African Artists, Celebrities and Entertainment Personalities.
