Hello!

My name is Megan. I am a wife to Jason and mom to 2 boys, Noah & Banele. We are a happy family, who love to spend time together.

I am an avid reader, and love to write as well. While my cooking and baking skills are not amazing, I am trying to learn, as my boys love to be in the kitchen.

"Finding hope in the journey" comes from my blog - www.hopefulltreasures.co.za - which I started in 2015. Here I documented our adoption journey with Noah. While I do not post there often anymore, my writing has since morphed in sharing my faith in Jesus, as well as all the trials and tribulations of motherhood, from my perspective.

Noah is 10 years old, and is an aspiring rugby player. He has dreams of one day wearing the green and gold! He is also obsessed with WWE, and loves to watch it, and play with his figurines. Noah has always loved reading, and now that he is older, we love to lie together at bedtime, each reading our own books together. He also loves to wrestle with his little brother, and share his rugby knowledge and skills with Banele as well!

Banele is 5 years old, and dreams of becoming a paleontologist one day - this is a boy who loves all things dinosaurs! He also loves to play with his cars and read stories, especially if the story involves dinosaurs! Banele loves to copy everything his big brother does, and will take any chance he has to play with Noah!
