I’m a 28-year-old content creator, wellness advocate, and rare disease survivor based in Johannesburg—though I’ll always be a Durban girl at heart. With a passion for creativity, storytelling, and human connection, I use my platform to share a mix of health advocacy, lifestyle inspiration, and authentic everyday moments.

As a Cancer and Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) survivor, I’m deeply committed to raising awareness around chronic illness and invisible disabilities, while also celebrating the beauty of life in all its forms. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with beauty brands like La Roche-Posay and appearing on various health, lifestyle, and wellness podcasts, where I share my story and connect with like-minded creators.

I’ve also dabbled in social media management for small businesses in the beauty and wellness space—leveraging my background in marketing (BCom) and my natural flair for creative direction and content creation. Currently, I’m studying Psychology and Communications, working toward my ultimate goal of becoming a counselling therapist.

Before diving into the creative space full-time, I spent six years in corporate HR recruitment, gaining invaluable insights into people, purpose, and growth—which continues to influence the way I connect with my audience today.

A self-described creative perfectionist, I love exploring hobbies like photography, baking, knitting, apparel design, and art, all of which inspire the content I share. My platform is a space for honesty, healing, creativity, and connection.
